I began tutoring privately during the pandemic, quickly gaining traction through word-of-mouth and developing a strong local reputation. Over time, this grew into a thriving teaching portfolio across platforms and schools — including families associated with my favourite football club, Liverpool FC!
My professional tutoring experience now spans multiple trusted providers, including Bright Heart Education and several NTP-affiliated programmes. Across all these roles, I’ve delivered over 100 sessions while balancing my full-time medical degree. In one standout success, I worked with a student with complex SEN needs and supported them to exceed all their ILP targets and build foundational confidence in GCSE-level Science.
One of my most fulfilling roles has been as a Workplace Mentor with Project Choice, where I supported an autistic intern through their work placements — ultimately helping them secure full-time employment at a major trust.
I’ve also been proud to maintain strong links with my former secondary school, Westminster City School, where I was previously Head Boy. I co-founded their Alumni Tutoring Programme, helping pandemic-affected students get back on track academically. I piloted the programme with a group of GCSE Biology students who all went on to score Grade 8s and 9s. I now return each year to train new alumni tutors.
Finally, my teaching has extended to the university level, where I deliver sessions to undergraduate students in clinical and academic settings. From Year 6 fractions to final-year pharmacology, my experience now spans all key stages, and I take great pride in my ability to meet learners where they are — and take them further than they expected.
I am a final-year medical student and an experienced tutor with over 3 years of teaching expertise. I have successfully supported more than 50 students across a wide range of subjects and academic levels — from Key Stage 2 to university-level learners — while ensuring the learning experience remains both enriching and enjoyable.
I have extensive experience mentoring SEN students, including learners with autism and ADHD. For example, I recently helped a student who had been out of education for several years achieve all of their ILP (Individual Learning Plan) targets — and go on to consistently pass and thrive in their GCSE Science exams.
In addition to academic subjects, I specialise in medical school admissions. I have helped numerous students across the UK secure both undergraduate and postgraduate medical places, with support in personal statements, interview prep, and admissions tests. I personally scored in the top decile for the UCAT and have delivered teaching privately and with organisations such as Medic Mind.
My teaching style is rooted in adaptability, empathy, and individualisation. I’ve undertaken specialist modules in education and pedagogy, which have equipped me with a strong foundation in differentiated learning. I tailor my sessions to meet the unique learning styles and goals of each student, creating a relaxed environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and meaningful engagement with material.
