I am a dedicated and adaptable educator with over eight years of teaching experience in the UK, UAE, and Australia. With a First-Class BA (Hons) in Education, Psychology and Counselling and QTS (Outstanding), I bring both strong academic knowledge and practical classroom expertise. I am passionate about supporting students’ progress and wellbeing, building confidence, and helping each learner reach their full potential.
My experience spans across primary and secondary education, working with diverse student groups, including SEN and EAL learners. I have delivered national curricula in different countries, mentored students in the Duke of Edinburgh programme, and supported learners preparing for assessments and examinations. I have also trained support assistants and mentored trainee teachers, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. Beyond the classroom, I have contributed to school improvement initiatives, behaviour policy development, and curriculum planning.
I take a supportive, structured, and flexible approach to tutoring, adapting lessons to each student’s learning style and goals. I believe in clear communication, positive reinforcement, and building strong rapport to create a motivating learning environment. My lessons combine academic rigour with encouragement, helping students not only master subject content but also develop skills in confidence, organisation, and independent learning. Drawing on my international teaching experience across the UK, UAE, and Australia, I bring cultural awareness and fresh perspectives that enrich learning and broaden students’ outlook.
