I am a fully qualified Maths teacher with full PVG / Disclosure registration. My qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Maths), Masters degree (Logistics) and a PGDE (Secondary teaching).

I enjoy teaching all levels and abilities. My pupils can set the pace and I am there to help them get organised and gain confidence in Maths; preparing for an exam or the next level.

My track record has proven success for my tutees and this latest academic year has been the most successful yet with all my pupils achieving their desired grades.

I'm in my 40s and have a friendly yet professional approach to my tutoring.

I love to tutor via videocall and can offer the option of Individual or Group (reduced rate).

Tutoring Experience

Nothing beats 1:1 tuition (online or in-person) for improving an individual's confidence and ability.

I have successfully tutored Maths all my life, ranging from Primary 6 (Curriculum for Excellence) through to college/university courses.

I have taught in High Schools across Stirling and Falkirk councils but have found the satisfaction provided by giving 1:1 tuition much more fulfilling.

Small group tutoring is also great but with Maths in particular, sometimes it's just a lack of confidence holding a pupil back and that's when pupils benefit most from 1:1.

I offer a discounted rate for Small Group Tutoring.

Online/videocall tuition is my preferred option as I find my pupils are more relaxed in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. Most of my current pupils opt for videocalls through WhatsApp, Teams, Google Classroom or GoogleMeet. Happy to discuss options ☺️
