I am a 47 year old mother of three who worked full-time teaching French in secondary schools in East Lothian for many years, very happily.
I decided to leave the profession in 2023 to commence a career in journalism.

Tutoring Experience

I taught French and S1-S3 German in Scottish secondary schools for 17 years. I was also a full-time Teacher of Support for Learning for students with SENs for a year. I taught English to French school pupils while a student. I have tutored privately for 20 years.
